Card of your choice from this site sent to your sphere of influence (clients, employees, colleagues etc.) for designated months you select. Cards are chosen for a 12 month period at the time of application. 100 minimum.




Real Estate/Mortgage Follow-up
Three year program which consists of a series of seven cards that include home anniversaries (where applicable) as well as cards that gently ask for referrals and repeat business. Cards are sent every six months beginning with the month following a closing.




Professional Business Follow-up
Three year program which consists of a series of seven cards that gently ask for referrals and repeat business and are not business specific. Cards are sent every six months beginning with the month following a business transaction.




Birthday Program
Set up annually with a minimum list of 50 clients.






Monthly Thank you Program
Names given to A Timely Greeting at the beginning of each month for new clients/business transactions from previous month.




Special Occasion
Includes Baby, Get Well, Sympathy, Congratulations, Retirement, Graduation, Pet sympathy. Assortment of cards available upon request.




Anniversary Business
Card sent at the beginning of each month for anniversary of business transaction. Customer must have at least 8 per month to choose card of their choice. If names will be less than 8 per month then card will be chosen from ATG list of available cards. One year minimum contractual commitment.




New Prospect Follow-up
This follow-up program is a subscription program of three prospecting cards mailed for three consecutive months. At the beginning of each month ATG will contact the Customer to obtain names and addresses of new prospects.
